Grading:
The project is worth 22 points; 2 points for the legal issue statement and 5 points for each case.
Criteria:
- Legal issue is relevant and clearly stated. 2 points
- Case is directly relevant and explanation of relevance is clear and appropriate. 1 point/per case.
- Citation, Issue, Facts, and Legal reasons are appropriately set out. 3 points/per case
- Research Method is appropriately described. 1 point/per case.
