4. Situational Analysis – In any organization, this is an important step in strategic marketing plan. This is done to analyze our organization’s behaviors and capabilities in business world environment.
a. External analysis – It deals with external behavior of organization like competitors and customers, opportunities in market and threats or obstacles.
b. Internal analysis – It deals with internal organizational behaviors like structure and productivity of the organization and its lifestyle, strengths, and weaknesses.
5. Once all these are made, we can act and control in the business world with our strategic marketing plan and achieve our goals.
6. We always implement our models and units accordingly to the situation and develop our marketing plan.
