Therefore the standard of proof in civil cases is on a preponderance of probabilities or on a balance of probabilities. So it must be more probable than questionable such the plaintiff's allegations are true. whether the plaintiff discharges the burden of proof next he wins the case and is awarded judgement that could take any of the following forms as:;-
(a) Damage, i.e. monetary compensation and
(b) Injunction and
(c) Specific performance and
(d) Tracing and
(e) Accounts and
(f) Rescission and
(g) Winding up/liquidation and
Reason of civil laws as;
