Standard form of the line
Let's begin this section off along a quick mathematical definition of a line. Any equation that can be written in the following form,
Ax +By = C
where we can't have both A & B be zero in a line simultaneously. It can happen if one of them is zero, we only can't have both be zero. Note that this is sometimes called the standard form of the line.
Line is described by any two points that are on the line. Specified two points which are on the line we can graph the line and/or write the equation of the line. This will be utilized several times during this section.
