Assignment task:
During this course, you will be the project manager for a project of your choice. The project could be an office move, hosting an office party, a work-related project, implementing a new business process, developing a new product, developing a training program, and more. The project must have at least four team members and at least five project stakeholders. If you are unsure if the project will work, please contact your instructor.
You will focus on the beginning stages of project integration and stakeholder management. There are two parts to this assignment
Part 1:
In Part 1, you will complete a project charter for your project. The project charter should be completed separately and in a Word document. The project charter will be between 3 to 4 pages in length. Your project charter must contain the following elements: Need Online Tutoring?

Part 2:
After completing the project charter, you will move on to Part 2. For Part 2, you will conduct a stakeholder analysis and complete a stakeholder register of your project's stakeholders. Your stakeholder register should contain the following information for each stakeholder:
Name
Title
Interest in the Project
Power or Authority Level over the Project
Requirements for the Project
Expectations for the Project
After completing the stakeholder register, you will complete the stakeholder analysis by grouping your stakeholders into the four categories discussed in this week's lesson. The four categories are listed below:
- High power and highly interested people.
- High power and less interested people.
- Low power and highly interested people.
- Lower power and less interested people.
