Purpose of HR Plan
The purpose of the HRPlan is to make certain Abdulla Hosani Laundry Company has sufficient staff with the right skills and experience to undertake and accomplish the company's goals and objectives within the next three years.
The company intends to expand its business given the business buoyancy in Abu Dhabi, and anticipates that three (3) new laundry centers will be opened each year for the next three years in various parts of Abu Dhabi city. In addition these new centers will be using new high tech machines which are more efficient, require less maintenance, and therefore, lesser number of technicians.The company is also looking into lowering the cost of its operations by reducing the number of employees needed.

Staffing Plan: Forecasting Human Resource Needs
