Explain while the existence of "professional" antigen presenting cells incompletely ameliorates the problem of the self or non-self-discrimination it remains difficult to understand how it is possible that the cell's class II molecules aren't deluged with processed "self" molecules (for example albumin is present at tremendously high quantities in the serum therefore one might imagine that peptides from this alone would suffice to compete for any transiently present non-self-proteins).
