Specific gas gravity of the gas

A cylinder is fitted with a leak proof piston and is calibrated so that the volume in the cylinder can be read from a scale for any position of the piston. The cylinder is plunged in a constant-temperature bath maintained at 160 F. Around 45,000 cm3 of the gas, measured at 14.7 psia and 60 F is charged to the cylinder. The volume is reduced in the steps indicated below and the corresponding pressures are read with a dead-weight tester after temperature equilibrium is reached.

Q1. Compute and place in tabular form the z factors and the ideal volumes that the initial 45,000 cm3 occupies at 160 F and at each and every pressure.

Q2. Compute the specific gas gravity of the gas.
