1. You are the sole owner of a Company named ¥€S. Your company specializes in clothing, nightlife events, and community service. Unbeknown to you there is a another company by the name of YES Clothing (Company 2) who specializes strictly in clothing apparel. You case is to convince the jury that your company is distinctively different from the Company
