Project Outlines:
Abstract (100 - 250 Words): In your abstract, cover your whole report. The abstract should contain four main parts:
1. What was done?
2. Why was it done?
3. How was it done?
4. What are the main results/findings?
In many cases, people would read only the abstract of your report. Thus, abstract should be self-contained (the reader should understand it without reading the rest of the report). The abstract should also be meaningful and informative.

· Advantages and Inconvenient of each solution
d) Selection of the Best Three Solutions
3. Decision Making Matrix
a) Pair-wise Comparison
b) Complete DMM table
c) Explain the best solution
In this section, students should be able to provide the pair-wise comparison for the three solutions that they have selected.
Based on the list of criteria (Minimum 10) that the student could propose to evaluate the three solution.
The weight and rank of each solution should be proposed to have a complete Decision Matrix table.
The student should do the DMM and the Pairwise using Microsoft Excel, he should copy from Excel to this report.
4. Flowchart:
In this section, students should submit the flowchart for the Proposed Solution using Microsoft Visio (optional).
5. Conclusion - Conclusion should contain
Experience gained throughout the project.
What you have learned and how this helps you as an engineer.
If you need to repeat your project, would you do things differently? What would change?
Project limitations due to lack of time or resources.
Final results and findings.
Future work of the project.
References.
Deliverable - Final technical report
Students should provide their final proposed detailed solution after applying the Decision making matrix (DMM)
A Flowchart for the proposed solution must be provided in the final technical report
DMM to be made in Excel
A scientific report must be written and submitted. The provided template should be used. The report should contain the same headings as in the presentation, with more details given. In the conclusions, discuss the difficulties encountered, changes you would like to make, and lessons learned from the project.
Students should clarify the followed learning strategy in order to get an optimum design of their work.
