Problem1. African Town is a small community (defined by the Eradication of Absolute Poverty Programme as a pocket of poverty) which is located in Riambel. It has a very high level of poverty, with most people living in remote and inaccessible areas. The majority of the inhabitants are labourers.  A Road Support Programme has been put in place with the core objective to build capacity in that region to maintain, rehabilitate and construct roads. It is a long term equitable community development programme through rural roads.
