Simulation tests
Simulation exercise is a test which duplicates several of the activities and difficulty an employee faces when at work. Such type of exercises is commonly used for recruiting managers at several levels in an organisation. To measure the potential of a candidate for managerial positions, commonly assessment centres are used.
