A biologist wanted to study effects of temperature of certain medium on growth of human amiotic cells in tissue culture. Using the same parent batch she conducted the experiment in which five cells line were cultured at each of four temperatures. The procedure involved initially inoculating the fixed number (0.25 million) of cells in the fresh culture flask and then, after seven days, removing the small sample from growing surface to employ in estimating the total number of cells in flask. The results are given in following table. Together with the computer printout for straight line regression.
