1. Should we be on the innovative "leading edge" and take a chance on a newly developed technology?
2. Or should we rely on a proven technology that already exists and take the risk that consumers might see us as outdated?
3. Obviously, marketing and R&D would prefer the "latest and greatest", but manufacturing obviously wants a reliable and proven source.
