Do you all believe that a good analogy could be made by using i.e. Maslow's criterion (possibly learned in earlier business classes); namely that need can give a person positive feelings?
Do you all envision that early education in humanitarian concepts can give a person the feeling that they are participating for a greater good, when in the work environment?
Do you all see this as being not as prevalent; given that some employees feel a bit "detached" from a place of employment because they do not see good job security?
Should there be some recording of successes in these scenarios to use as a template for future motivational deliveries to staff?
