Case Study: Miller v. Alabama
For the Week case study, you will review one of the cases "Miller v. Alabama" and answer the following questions:
1) What decision-making should be involved in the case that you selected and why.
2) Should the juvenile be treated as an adult? Explain your rationale.
3) Should blended sentencing be involved? Why or why not.
