1. Should the GG be ready to use "prerogative powers" (i.e. the power to recognize a new PM or dissolve parliament) even against the request of a sitting PM? Why or why not?
2. Should we be concerned about the expansion of power in the hands of the PM? Explain. Which possible reforms to limit the PM's power do you most support? Do you have other ideas about how to limit the PM's power?
