I have to answer this question for my business law class. We have to look at the Starbucks vs Charbucks case and answer questions. This is one of them that I need help with please:
1. Should the court have given more weight to the testimony of Starbucks' expert? Although the Starbucks completed a telephone survey, should not consumer confusion in the "similar" sounds (Charbucks versus Starbucks) be sufficient to show blurring?
