• "Transnational organized crime refers to those self-perpetuating criminal organizations operating across national boundaries. Their structure varies from hierarchies to clans, networks, and cells and many evolve into other structures. The crimes they commit also vary" (Abadinsky, 2017, p.9).
What if you were an advisor to the prime minister on transnational crime and the prime minister asked if this type of crime could be defeated, How would you respond?
