Samuel rides the subway home from work each day and always gets off at the final stop (terminal station). On this day, as he's getting off the subway, he notices someone left a purse behind. He goes to open it and finds $3000 in cash along with a piece of ID. The ID has the person's name and address on it, but no one is around to see him pick up the purse. Should Samuel keep the money or should he go to the address on the ID and return the money?
