Should it be possible to sue a sitting president in a civil law suit, or should such suits be delayed until a president is no longer in office? This is the issue raised in Clinton v. Jones and the topic of this discussion forum. In crafting the answers make sure taking into account Supreme Court precedents, such as Nixon v.
