Should everyone be given the right to bail

Question: According to the Constitution, not everyone has a right to bail. However, some critics of bail argue that because the U.S. criminal justice system presumes innocence, everyone should be released from jail prior to his or her trial. In your opinion, should everyone be given the right to bail? Moreover, should someone who can't afford bail, yet poses little risk to society, remain in jail until his or her court date? Please explain and justify your position.
