Problem: Diplomatic Immunity is a concept going back nearly 4000 years. In recent years there have been documented abuses from unpaid parking tickets to allegations of human trafficking, smuggling of contraband (drugs) to actual cases of rape and murder.
Should emissaries from another country be allowed to escape justice because of their status as a diplomat?
Should this concept extent to the diplomats family, workers or associates in this country?
