Problem
Former World Church of the Creator leader Matthew Hale was denied admission to the Illinois Bar even though he graduated from law school and passed the bar exam. The reason he was denied admission is that the bars Committee on Fitness and Conduct found that, because of his openly racist views, he was not of sufficiently good moral character (Sloane, 2002). In your opinion should a person with extremist views be allowed to practice law? Become a police officer? A soldier? A teacher?
