Many people have crisis situations and fail to appropriately address the issue and find fundamental ways to with the stress associated with the crisis situation. Conduct a literature review and locate a journal article, popular article, news story, etc. where the Seven-Step Model was used. Provide an overview of the situation and how the model contributed to the success (or lack thereof) of the situation.
