Description
SELF CONTROL ASSESSMENT
Decide on a behaviour that exhibits self control!
Do we exhibit self control over all behaviours all the time? Think of a situation where you exhibit self control?
A good way to determine weather someone has self control is to determine which behavioural consequences are guiding their behaviour.
Implement the learning principles, eg conditioning
Look for factors that trigger behaviour eg environmental planning
Apply more than 1 principle ,eg reward schedule justification or some theory
In the report provide comments about existing reinforcement contingencies which impact on the behaviour you are trying to modify, these reinforcements should be unique to your situation.
- What evidence is there about the factors that are effective in improving or reducing adherence to a program of behaviour
- In methods section detail how it is measured the behaviour you were trying to modify, measurement should either be objective, reliable.
- INCLUDE A GRAPH IN THE RESULTS SECTION EITHER WITH TIME, or days of week etc..
Comment on how behavioural programme you employed influenced your behaviour, these observations should be unique to your programme.
