TASK 1: Select two Australian organisations for this assessment.
(i) Provide operational background for each organisation.
TASK 2: You are a student at the Melbourne Polytechnic and working part-time as a supply chain analyst at one of the organisations you identified in Task 1. The director of supply chain management asked you to analyse the status of the organisation's supply chain management and e-business compared to the competitor's supply chain operations.
Required: An analysis of two organizations supply chain management and e-business, and their use of e-business technologies, and recommend improvements to their supply chain management.
