Identify the law(s) governing the liability of the government, and government employees, for injuries caused by negligence in:
- Air traffic control,
- Aviation weather reporting;, and
- Aircraft airworthiness certification.
Finally, compare and contrast this with the law in the U.S., and provide your opinion, with cogent reasons, for why one is preferable to the other.
