Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper in which you explain the steps you took to create your survey. Address the following items in your paper:
- Explain the purpose of the survey.
•Discuss the preliminary design issues you experienced in creating your survey. Make sure you provide credible sources to explain your decision on choosing that design.
- Describe the specific instructions for administering, scoring, and interpreting your survey. Cite your sources.
Attach a copy of your survey to your paper when you turn it in.
