1. You are required to select an organisation of your choice and conduct a SWOT analysis on the organisation.
2. Analyse
Relate the organisation's strategic responses to the SWOT analysis and identify the conversion and matching strategies.
3. Conclusion: the main conclusions/recommendations, drawn from the analysis provided.
