- What is prospecting? How does it differ from marketing?
- History or sales prospecting prior to the invention of social media and the internet
- How is selling personal lines insurance (personal auto, home, and life insurance) different from selling a material or consumable product?
- Any research supporting the success of social media selling/prospecting as it pertains to personal lines insurance
