Problem 5: Describe three (3) or more important rules/regulations you found in your state constitution. Finally, does the state constitution reasonably protect a citizens right to vote? Do the rules/regulations seem arbitrary, necessary, lenient, or overly burdensome? And what rules/regulations would you include to improve voting and elections in your chosen state? (1-2 pages)
