With regards to social work and I/O psychology
1). Conduct a "person- oriented" job analysis & discuss how it can be used in I/O psychology (with regards to social work)
2). Evaluate the reliabiltiy AND validity of the "person- oriented" job analysis (with reagrds to social work & I/O psychology).
3) Evaluate the different performance apppraisal methods associated with social work (and I/O)
4). Explain the various benefits as well as the vulneralbilities of each performance methos
