Am looking for some help in URBAN PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT course. The name of the subject is -MANAGING CHANGE AND INNOVATION-. Coming to the assisgnment its all about A REPORT OUTLINING THE STATEGY FOR URBAN CHANGE MANAGEMENT.
what i need to do is
1. Choose a suburb or city with in Australia where the developemnt process are being done to improve the facilities in the suburb or city
2. Investigate the role organizational management plays in the successful implementation of urban change management by applying knowledge gained to the creation of a set of integrated strategic directions for future change management.
3. Investigate a range of leadership and facilitation practices within the realm of Place Management through the development of best practice place-based strategies.
