Assignment:
The Army's Mind's Eye 2 program focuses on the prevention of sexual harassment and sexual assault within the Army by educating Soldiers on the role of bystanders in sexual assault / sexual hai-assrhent 'scenarios. This program Allows Soldiers of any rank to become facilitators of this training, allowing units to choose their most influential Soldiers to illustrate what "right" looks like, creating a level of comfort and trust within their ranks. How can leaders encourage and motivate their Soldiers to become involved with this program to increase positive and healthy behaviors that target prevention of sexual assault / sexual harassment at all levels of the total force?
