Assignment task:
Review your musical libraries and make a list of at least five (5) songs that help to tell the story of who you are and how you came to be the person you are today.
Using Ms. Zoladz's article as a model, select two (2) songs to annotate and explain. Each annotation should be between 5 -8 sentences long and annotate a third song.
After compiling and annotating your list, reflect on the process: Did you have fun? Were you able to add details about your identity through the creation of your mixtape? Do you think this was an easier way to tell your story as opposed to answering a single prompt like "Who are you?"?
