According to Sinek's theory, many of us think from the outside in-what - defines our plans, strategies, and ideas for execution how - explains the way we can help or inspire others why - defines your purpose We know what we're doing and some of us know how we're going to do it. But a majority don't focus on why. Share a statement on your beliefs, your purpose, and your cause.
