Assignment:
Each student must complete a brief case study check-in to ensure that they have read the case and reflected upon the issues presented in the case. Case study check-ins should be brief (not to exceed 2 pages double spaced) and briefly
• Summarize the case
• Analyze Benihana's offering by evaluating and breaking down its service package (e.g., what are the supporting goods, supporting facility, etc)
• Watch the video on the experience economy linked below and relate them to the concepts presented in the case.
Emerging experience economy
• Relate issues Rocky is facing to the concepts we are learning in class
The case studies are linked here ei or in the admin module; the department has paid for them so you should just need to register and download the case.
