First, how do you think this quote relates to our unit on civil liberties and civil rights?
Second, what "limits" should we have with respect to our liberties, and our rights? Who should decide what these limits are? Hint: having no limits means that I have the "liberty" to kill you, so I think we need at least some limits on our liberties.
