Problem
In practice, all health professionals regardless of their discipline will be working under strategic frameworks, whether this is at an organizational, local, state or national level. Following this, you must choose one 10-year success indicator from strategic direction 5.2.1 and explain the underlying health issue of the success indicator. Then explain what the academic evidence says about how any two determinants of health from Dahlgren and Whitehead's main determinants of health model positively or negatively impact this health issue for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The final component of this assessment requires finding and describing one current health initiative aiming to address your chosen health issue and explain why it's effective or ineffective based on one concept that you've learnt in this subject.
