• Review the domestic violence, personality disorder, and eating disorder cases (7, 11, 12, 15) in Brown and Barlow (2017).
• View the YouTube video "Back from the edge: Borderline personality disorder" (2012). According to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, explain how the symptoms described by one of the individuals in the video (either Kiera or Andrew) fulfill the DSM-5 criteria for the disorder.
• Discuss the differential diagnosis. (i.e., several disorders may have overlapping symptoms). Which other diagnoses have similar symptoms, and why would they not be diagnosed in this particular case?
