1. Review the diversity in your organization. To do this you will need to decide on the dimensions you want to measure and then, see if you can find out how many employees fit in each group. You need to measure at least 10 of the inner and outer dimensions (not the org)
2. Locate the organization’s diversity policy.
a. What does it focus on?
b. Do feelings and/or emotions come into it?
3. Are there any strategies in place to encourage and celebrate diversity and/or to be inclusive?
