Read the article "Motivation Exchange Rate".
Write a page and a half page (single space) summary/critique related to the theme. The theme is "Motivation, Incentives and Benefits". In the summary paper, comment on the following:
1. Important points in the article
2. Relevancy based on your organization (My organization is Army Corps of Engineers located in San Francisco)
3. Application in the "real world" (United States)
4. Benefits to you and your organization (Army Corps of Engineers)
