Assignment task: Critical Review of your company as Business Continuity Manager.
From one of the main topic areas of the course, select a topic and prepare a memo to the Executive Director of your company with your critical analysis/review of your company (or a process within your area of work) and the implications for the Business Continuity manager.
The following sections should be covered in the memo:
1) Executive Summary
2) Relevant topic from the course (could be multiple topics)
3) Critical Review of the company or a process as Business Continuity Manager and Issue found
4) Suggestion to the Executive Director to ensure business continuity in future
Please note that your role is of BCP Manager and it is expected that your paper demonstrate that you have some views about the topic and demonstrate your knowledge of the subject matter. The grade will be based on the relevance and importance of the topic to Business Continuity Management, and the clarity and style of the writing.
