Provide an initial project evaluation/review for 3 health information systems of your choice.
You will create 1 form for each system (for a total of 3 evaluation/review forms).
Your evaluation forms should include the following:
1. Individual performance (tools and techniques to ensure the successful design and implementation of information systems)
2. Postmortem (implementation of information systems)
3. Project audit (quality assessment (TQM), data quality or each system, and discussion of whether each system demonstrates best practices for health information systems)
4. Provide a summary stating which system you would choose to work on (and why) encompassing any of the three given systems. Minimum of 2 full paragraphs in length.
