After reviewing the YouTube video titled "Dalia Dippolito Questioned by Police" and utilizing the textbook, you should analyze the various legal issues and discuss the key terms and conditions which allow for a legal confession. Dalia Dippolito did not confess at the time of questioning to hiring someone. Discuss why, in this case, the detective's actions could have adversely affected the case. Would the confession, under the circumstances in this interview, have been admissible?
