Problem: Review annotations for the three sources:
- "The American Dream is Dead," by Adele Peters;
- "By Our Own Bootstraps," by W. Michael Cox and Richard Alm; and
- "Long Live the American Dream," by Shikha Dalmia.
Then, look at question 5 of the Chapter Writing Assignments, Synthesis: Incorporating Outside Sources, 3-4a and show an outline for an essay. Be sure to include a thesis statement, topics (including opposing or qualifying arguments), source support (paraphrase, summarize or quote), citations and a concluding sentence.
