Write down an issues of it. Some answers should have a connection to the government.
Problems: Make Five or Six questions at least from that article raising problems in that area.
Solutions: Explain in a paragraph of each problem's solution from questions.
Write about the implication of not following those solutions.
At last write down your own opinion.
