After reading the Card article on "Expanding Access to Administrative Data", name one or two reasons WHY they recommend making administrative data easier to get. Do you agree with their arguments? Given what we have learned in this class about research, do you have any reservations?

2. Assessing the Quality of Qualitative Research
Researchers commonly agree that qualitative research adds to research designs and studies.
However, there is a general concern with the "quality" of "qualitative research", and how to best integrate the knowledge gained through ethnographic methods into the broader analysis, and to get real analytic payoff for the investment.
