Objective: The objective of this project is to identify the underlying causes of the decline in revenue of the Google merchandise store and provide recommendations for restoring revenue to its previous levels, using digital marketing and analytics techniques. You will play the role of the founder of ABC Consulting, a company offering digital marketing and analytics services to Fortune 500 companies. Recently, Google contacted you about problems they were experiencing with one of their web properties, the Google merchandise store. Starting in June of 2018, they began to notice a sharp decline in-store revenue followed by another sharp drop in November which has sustained ever since.
